Delete The article is about "an Ecuadorian singer and composer." Therefore, it should pass WP:MUSICBIO and no where does it say a musician is notable for dying or getting coverage of their death. While it does have the exception that the person is notable if they "Have been the subject of multiple, non-trivial, published works appearing in sources that are reliable, not self-published, and are independent of the musician or ensemble itself", but someone dying (or getting coverage for it) is the epitome of triviality. That said, a lot of the sources on his death are extremely trivial and/or primary anyway. Especially the Twitter mentions, but also other ones.
